Well ... they don't answer phones ... and the voice mail boxes are full .. if you send them an email - it bounces back as the server is full .... odd. Almost everything I work on has Livorsi - those guys are great, answer emails promptly - never bad service. I've been trying to contact Gaffrig for 3 days - horrible customer service. I need one gauge - thinking I will have my client change ALL of them to Livorsi... ridiculous

I have recently been working with Gaffrig and switching out the gauges in my boat. I must say the above post is correct. It has been by far the worst customer service I have ever recieved. It is bizarre that they don't answer there phones at all, not even the sales line??? How much business are these guys losing. I recently ordered two gauges and a sending unit. Recieved the gauges, no sending unit, charged for all three, Wish me luck.
