I have a 625 ilmor in a 28' cat with a Teague drive(bravo based) and have had no problems yet.

A lot of boat for the $$$, but hard to finance and hard to insure for most people looking in that price range.

The insurance is what is going to kill most people searching for a boat in this price range. Big HP and a cat, I would also bet people at that price area have never had a twin engine cat or a bigger HP boat.
