Default Performance CC rollover/aacident?

Sat evening in Barnegat Bay near Lavallette a performance CC rolled over. Mostly minor injuries except for the operator. Hopefully all will be well. Was told the boat is/was a Statement?

Been a very bad week in that area 1 (2) ski accident with a fatality, 1 (2) ski accident with an airlift, and now the CC rollover with driver airlifted, all within about a 2 mile radius, and all in the same week.

Sorry, cant seem to edit my title for spelling

Not a Statement. Experienced boater who encountered a new and uncharted sandbar courtesy of Hurricane Sandy. He's looking at a long recovery; other 8 all OK.

The owner of this boat is very experienced, and a true gentlemen. He was taking some friends out for a ride being the nice guy he is.
