Well after a long trip with traffic, closed roads, road construction, and a multi hour full cavity search by the Georgia DOT the boat made it here at 2 am. Wow what a piece of equipment. Nor-Tech produces a top notch boat. The attention to detail is stunning. We took it on a 65 mi run this morning. The cruiser wakes on the loto are not really going to be an issue with this boat. We ran from 40 mph to 85 mph with 8 adults and 5 kids in total comfort. Thanks to all the guys at Nor-Tech that worked their butts off to get the boat done and produce such a great boat. Everyone here loves this thing.
It will spend the summers at loto and poker runs the rest of the year.

I wrote an article for Powerboat Mag when Nor-Tech brought the first 420 "baby 80" to Key West in 2011. Absolutely one of the nicest boats I've ever been in. You feel like royalty when you step onto this thing. Thwy are simply stunning.
Very happy for the Nor-Tech team. I remember talking to Tron, Nils and Terry and they thought it would hit 100 with 700's. I actually thought that might be a bit optimistic at the time and left the quote out of the story, instead using anlther quote of theres in the story: says Sobo, "we've already taken an order for a third boat and it will have 700's in it, so we're pretty excited to see what she'll do."
Nils agreed the boat would be a "sleeper" with 700's in it.
I should've known better than to doubt those boys for even a slight moment.
