if the 336 in first post was that nice, sometimes bad motors can be a good thing. take price of engines off sale price, (he still has to sell it) and you get new motors instead of motors that are god-knows-how-long from needing replaced.

I really like the 292

Very easy to handle...don't have to have a locomotive to tow it.

I still believe he can get a decent 336 with stock 502's with good compression and a trailer for around $25k, am I wrong?

i had a nova 91 27' loved that boat light and fast lots of fun, sold it as project to a friend here in oso , now going back to the 336's everyone trying to sell a boat here knows one thing is 'asking' and another different story is 'getting' , even though i have noticed that boat market has improved in the last 2 years, if it is priced right it will sell ,if it doesn't sell could be not enough exposure (online) or price too high. No other way around.

joking. obviously anybody with 20k plus don't want a worthless POS like this one. this is for a wannabe who only has 4k... yes the 35k boats will likely come down to his 25-ish number. the dreamer who wants 75? he will still have it in 5 years...
