Default 496 HO Spare parts, what goes?

Had a collection of parts for my 6.2s so when I was at a poker run and something happened I could fix the common stuff right there. What do I need to get over the winter for my parts bag?

I also carry a Crank Position Sensor and a Cam Position Sensor; as well as IAC and impellers/pump.

I just carry my Boat US card with unlimited towing....... 496s are reliable machines. Impeller would be tough to change out on the water. With the popularity of that motor, I would think most parts are readily available at most marine supply stores...... They do run a couple Platinum plug, most marina stores want close to $16.00 per plug. However, a stock AC Delco plug at any auto supply store is around $4.00 a plug. (I don't remember the number off hand, but a quick search of OSO will find the Delco number)

I've had exhaust hose clamps snap before. Such has not happened in years, but I carry probably 20 different hose clamps in my tool bag from 4.5" exhaust size down to 1/2" line size and smaller.

Cam and Crank are Mercury, and they were not terribly expensive. Maybe $125 a piece. There was a post on here about how to order IACs via Ford replacement parts from RockAuto a few weeks back; much cheaper than Mercury. Quicksilver (Mercury) F/W separators are at WalMart.

Not cheap, but what it's worth to you when you are strapped to the dock on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend, or 15 minutes before your favorite poker run? Worth peace of mind for me; and kind of like Murphy's Law insurance in my book. I had an IAC go bad 1/2 way through a long weekend in the Keys and had to run all the way back to the trailer in Pompano through 4-6s babying the engine and keeping it hooked up.

Crank sensor is standard GM. Not sure of the cam sensor. Be careful of the ford iac, merc turned the connector so a lot of the ford iac's don't fit. It installs perfect, but the connector faces the intake so it can't be plugged in. I think there is a ford part that fits, but I just bought merc to be sure.
