You are limited to Vortec style heads because of the intake. So, I would have to vote for the AFR "Eliminator" 190 CC Vortec heads. Headers would be CMI and custom cam ground to fit this package.

DONT DO IT MIKE! Leave them stock! If you feel the need, just have the top ends freshened and put it back together. By the time you do heads, cams and headers you will be in it for AT LEAST 10K! Plus when you go to sell it you wont get any of that money back, you may lose money because people love stock.

That has be a huge concern ... I'm leaning to a set of manifolds, fresh heads , and have wipple do PCM flash to bump up the rev limiter and make the fuel curve a bit mor aggressive .
