Off hand, I can't think of a single product liability issue that might arise when that thing crashes.

im just curious,what would be different than any other boat crashing at 170+.

Good point, but I believe a 28' boat crashing at 170 MPH will just end up in smaller pieces than a 44' boat crashing at the same speed. The occupants will be equally deceased in either case.
