Sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is like losing a family member. Go to your local rescue and get yourself a new pup, I know it won't replace the one you lost but it will help, and you have never seen love like what you get from a dog that no one else wanted and you saved from certain death.

No offense taken. Our yard is fenced. The wind blew the gate open and she got out.

Thanks guys for all the support. As much as I'd love to have another dog I think we are going to focus on spending more time with the two we still have. They are getting older and I just don't think I'd have time to raise another pup at the moment

Sorry for your loss 87Mag We fear this day weather it be accidental or from old age. Our Dobies are our kids. (Klutch-4 and Jett-2) Wife and I chose to not have kids so we are very attached. Remember all dogs go to Heaven. And our dogs are inside our gates at all times but accidents happen and when we least expect it. I remember getting a call from our neighbor that both of them were out. Wife was home but somehow the gate was opened??? Don't know how but anythings possible. I called back to back and finally she was able to get them in. But even though there good your stomach still drops out of your arse.

So sorry to hear this. God Bless the little guy. I hope your little ones are alright and that your family can get through this without too much pain at holiday time.. I can only imagine what you guys are feeling.
Love the two that are with us, may they fill your hearts with joy...... Bill
