This part caught my eye:

"invaded the boat."

Depending on what invaded the boat, that could explain the price tag....

Interesting, I would have thought there would be good demand from the Middle East for a boat like this one.

Thanks for them information.

BTW what does "10.invaso barca." mean?

Invaso is the frame where you can store the boat out of the water. Isn't a trailer.
If you need some more info I can call him....

Got a look at that boat some years ago in my Marina, owner was a German Guy. It was left a lot of time in the water with no paint and barnicles over the whole hull, if i remember correctly i have posted some photos that time...
In Italy there are a lot of problems both in money and politics, 38 top guns from the 90's now can be bougth for 30 - 35 k running and updated boats, cafe racers less than 30 K (€ Value).
For me I think that for a Tiger it's still a good price, priced to sell, but keep in mind that here having a boat is considered a luxury, add the fact that petrol here is 1.8 (or 1.46 in Slovenia) €/lt and suddenly that boat becomes a giant burnig money tool ! :-D
That's the selling price motivation.
