I think before I would buy another Cruiser I would invest in a Dockaminium and slip to house the Cat. Lot of fun entertaining on the docks as well. Here are some on Texoma initial cost plus slip fees. You never really own it though, you have to resale it when through.

I grew up on a 17 for bowrider, me, my parents and my sister staying on tot a lot. Week long trips up the Tennessee river even.... I have always been a motor head and loved the go fasts even though my family mostly was searays. When I bought my first boat, a Baja 252. Having a stab in cabin was all I needed. Lots and lots of weekends on the water. Tied up to. Family and friends cruisers. When I moved up I wanted some am invites but still wanted a go fast boat. Found my 342 loaded with genny, Ac, and vacuflush. Now I can tie up with the slow pokes and have all the comforts (other then standing in the cabin). But when we untie, they have a quite slow dull ride, and we run50 with open brig blocks and enjoy the boat.
I am sure one day a cruser will happen but I may have to have t2 boats then... Maybe a smaller hell raiser and a big slow one ha

It must be embarrassing to be a Cig owner and get passed by 2 Fountains AND and cruiser.

On another note.. is it just me or do your cruiser friends always try to talk you into a cruiser? Mine are always telling me how great cruisers are. I`m always telling them to leave 20 min early and I`ll meet em for lunch at the same time

With the right go fast boat u can get everything that a cruiser has just a little less space. My 33 has two beds, heatand air, ffridge, microwave, burner, full bathroom, transom shower, 5'4" head room in the cabin, tv with cable, dvd player and can still run 75 80 mph when I want. Its like a cruiser on steroids in my opinion
