See you Friday for delivery "Johnny", you are going to love the boat, it's over the top and all the additional electronics you added will be over the top as well. Regards, Scott Sjogren www.Pier57.com

Funny Tom - believe it or not I my office is just south of gezon parkway on Burlingame - name of company is ISI, I've been mening to stop by and see your shop - funny to think it was rigged at 68th street ha! I live on green lake
|
Been looking for a year, didn't see myself going all the way initially but I figured spending good money once is better than spending good money two or three times
|
It's a great boat, do you have much experience big offshore stuff?
Boat Customs isn't my shop. I'm invested in it somewhat, but it's owned by Chris mills. Low Altitude is over there right now, getting cleaned up for next season. My shop is on Roger B Chaffee. Tom |

This may come as a shock to those reading it, but I'm new to the sport. I have 20 yrs boating experience on the Great Lakes and Gulf of Mexico and am comfortable in big water. I own a few boats, but have fairly limited high performance experience.
I'm taking a tres Martin course next week and plan on driving way within my abilities with the intention of building up seat time from there. My objective is not to race, but rather use the boat to get places I couldn't otherwise get to in a timely manner. I have this vision of riding from Muskegon (where I have a cottage) to Chicago, Milwaukee, or New Buffalo. For me, it's all about safety. A bigger boat to me means more control. The mystic hull, from my research, is the most advanced hull on the market and has a coorespondingly stable ride and disposition on the water. Running the motors balls out is not something I want to do, so finding something that is comfortable cruising at the speeds I want to cruise at is important. It's preferable for me to have something built for tolerances beyond what I need, I equate that to control (bmw m, Mercedes amg, etc. etc.). And finally, having lower hours, knowing that I won't be beating on it, is important too. Throw in a great interior, electronics and a couple of nice bikini lounges in the back for the wife / friends etc., and I thought it was the right choice. Risk properly managed equals reward. Ry |
Oh and Tom what's the name of your shop, when I get back from Florida I'd like to take you out to lunch...
|
Very cool boat!!! Best of luck with her. Maybe I will see you in Milwaukee some time.

|
Look forward to seeing you out on the big lake. Congrats, beautiful boat.

I bought a 42 MTI for the poker run last week. It was already down in Miami so no trailering needed.
