nothing in the great lakes thats for sure. Your gonna have to go way south. Cumberland doesn't freeze but access will be tough. I say if your gonna pack up head all the way to FLA

Saint Clair river was still moving a couple weeks ago but again access will be notta . . . .

You could try the upper niagara river, the ice boom is in, so there should not be much ice.

Isle View Park in Tonawanda NY will be your best bet. The only problem is shore ice and debris build up in the ramp so you need to make sure it is clear before you make the trip. I sent you a PM. I can check it out for you just let me know when you are coming.

I never said it was a great idea! There are probably some crazy fishermen out there.

Check the lower Niagara river in Lewiston NY just north of Niagara falls. I bet that is clear. The water moves pretty good there and thats where all the fishermen go. Not much room to turn around so if you have a bigger boat your gonna have to back down the hill to the water but its easy to do. Did it with my 38 top gun with no problems at all. You can probably call the "water street landing" restaurant in Lewiston ny and make sure its clear
