Are there any reflections on this event???

There are a ton of digital pics that a friend of mine took - I supposed I could post a few - mostly pictures of people eating, pics of the band who showed up the day before and offered to play for free, etc.....

Unfortunately, I was asked (by the owner of the marina) NOT to attend. So I do not have any personal reflections on the event - I left town for the weekend and went down to the beach.

Going up to see him today - it's been a week since I've been there (takes about 90 minutes to get there). Nothing "new" to report from his mother - we talk a couple times a week. He's still in a coma.... From what I understand, there are different "levels" of being "in a coma". Supposedly he is closer to "coming out" than he was a couple weeks ago...... But if you were to see him for the first time, you would say that it looks like the lights were out and nobody was home. But, being there since day 1, I see progress - it's just sooooooooooooooooo slow.
