Worked with Hoss and Dennis C at Mercury racing Props back in the 90s Hoss says they will still build them.
Did you guys ever have the issue we had with slinging blades off the props if you got quite a few hours on them?

No we ran about 20 to 30 hours on a set of welded props had a few cracks to repair now and then but never lost a blade.

We were only putting about 3 to 4 hours on a drive and sending them back to Merc. to be checked out. That's about all they would last on the A boat with 640 Hp motor.

I am sure once you start production if you make the side air scoops you will sell plenty of them to those of us who need replacements !!!

Yeah the biggest thing they ever had in front of it when tey were over here was a 500hp

We are doing a stainless side vent it's at the waterjet shop right now.

No problem but I think we have different decks, We have the original flat deck that we built all the race boats from.
