Could be fun to watch after watching them getting the SVL running perfect.

$7,000 cover???? Not a chance in hell... Pretty sure OL quoted more well under $1,500 for a cockpit cover for a 35ft boat. Your quotes sound like wild guesses at best.

.

IMHO,

However OL decides on the price structure of this awesome cat, there's no doubt in my mind that this 30 foot cat will be a game changer and shall be worth every penny.

Same thing goes for the SV29, a game changer in every right.

I guess I'd prefer the all-carbon SV29 over the non-carbon , thus the few folks who paid top dollar for their carbon SV29 owns a very unique gold mine.

I'd like to see a rendering of this cat, hopefully soon.

As with all new models at this stage, there are more questions than answers—and answers only come when manufacturers A) Have them. B) Are willing to share them.

About the only new thing I can added is that, according to Mike Fiore, the molds will come from all-new, meaning original, CNC-cut tooling.

I don't think you're very far off on $$$ wasn't peter wanting to build a single outboard "entry level" cat over at skater??? and didn't they want to stay under or right at the 100K range??? and a new 28 skater??? seem to remember 185-195k, that was def high imo.... that is what it was listed for if my memory is right.

I spent some time with MF at the show. We discussed this model at length and he was kind enough to show me some CAD renderings. Looks like a great project and will most likely be available with OB and/or IO power. Pricing is nearing completion and I heard guestimates that make it VERY attractive.
