Did "Wiggler" buy the 55' MTI ?? He!!, did he actually cross the border to look at it???

Does anything that guy "plan" work out? He said seller can't show the boat until after the 20th (yeah last week) and he still hasn't gotten up to see it. I would be stunned if he even has a passport.

I would be stunned if he didn't have 20 passports, with different names.
