Cut transom sonic on boattrader....

Is the 1982 Sonic 30SE thats been on boat trader for a while with no engines/drives for dirt cheap something needs to be sent to the scrap heap or is it a worthwhile project.. ?

boat trader doesn't do well trying to post links. u mean the 82 33SE in Dawsonville GA? everything is worth it if you are willing (and capable) of doing the work, and you want THAT BOAT for yourself, not to resell. personally I think that boat was ugly as sin day it was made. I also think that boat is too much work-money to put together. you will spend 20k turning it into a 12k boat...

cool scarab - definitely a better deal than the sonic... as far as the looks of the sonic go - i very much like the rear in integrated forward leaning radar arch on older (and newer?) sonic's.... I am looking for a few specific boats for cheap that I could possibly start as a rebuild and keep as a "foreverboat"...

that sonic would be a good foreverboat, cuz that's how long it will take to rebuild it...that boat is overpriced at free with free delivery.
