this is what happens when every one and there brother gets one and thinks they r pros at flying them because they can do it in there back yard. if operated properly they will be grate for are sport. I don't have one and its probably a good thing but am looking for them to be around more this summer.

i think it's a great addition to the sport. it will capture a lot more footage than the average joe. i think most of you are blowing this all out of perspective. there is danger in anything today, any case could be made, but really? i think you have a better chance of falling off the back of the boat while leaving the dock and pushing off and then falling in the water and getting chopped up. sounds pretty stupid ehh. the last thing this county needs is more laws, we already live in a communist country with our current government

I agree, but more like 3 or 4 years. I can see our local sandbars with 30 or 40 of these things flying and smashing into each other. Maybe I'll take the Mossberg out for some skeet shooting! LOL

Holy cow, those helicopters are pretty incredible. I'm not into RC, but I see why there's such a strong following. He was killed by the same model shown in this vid.

Mine has started to be harder and harder to fly. I think the stabilizer has crapped out and I have it being worked on now by a local hobby shop but it is really a PITA when you burn $1500 by the time you buy the unit, have it shipped, hard case, extra batteries, extra blades etc... I think everyone is having problems that I know that has bought one of these things.
