Has anyone got there's yet?

I ordered mine on Friday the 7th and received them yesterday the 17th. They look great.

1. 25 foot
All 1/2 inch. And a set of fender lines
I got. 4 20 foot 3/8 lines..... and my fender lines
Guess I can't complain.... Just wish I would have got 1 25 footer

i got mine in 3 days.mike,give them a call im sure they got swamped but they will make it rite.

I received mine very quickly and they look great.

This should be a good lesson for those in the service/sales industry! You never know who you might be ignoring when they are trying to purchase something!

X2 ordered 1/2 inch lines in Red for my Wellcraft Scarab iin FLA

x3 I ordered all new lines for my boat. Chris was awesome to deal with, communicated well, and everything arrived when said. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with him, and will definitely go back to him if I need anymore.

I ordered 4 lines and 4 pairs of fender lines with the boat logo on the braids. Can't wait to get them.

I used my lines for the first time this weekend,. As soon as they hit the water the color came off. By the afternoon the lines Disintegrated and my boat floated away!
Just joking.
That is how my stories normally go but not this time! The lines are beautiful. I ordered additional lines and fender lines twice already.! I'm so glad I found Chris!!

"Nylon only"

Its been such a love fest thread with these sewn poly lines.
No disputing polypropylene braid can be just as good looking as nylon, quick to produce and cheap BUT Nylon still rules for durability and strength.

Poly works fine for day boating raft ups but will deteriorate with full time exposure to sunlight, much more susceptible to abrasion. Plus the general nature of the poly is not as strong as nylon to handle the pounding of a storm not to mention a sewn eye.

It's a popular thread because these are the lines that most of us buy all of the time. As long as they look good, keep the boat tied to the dock and last one season I'm happy.

I use poly on my 150ft steel hull supply boat. The get drenched in salt water daily and hang in the sun all day very day. They still hold me in place.

I also splice all my own poly. It holds just fine. That article is skewed

To Gino and all others. Order a bunch of dock lines last week. Were delivered this am. One item of order was not shipped as ordered. Just got off the phone with Chris @ Mad Dog, he is personally shipping the correct lines today for a Saturday delivery, no cost to me, and said the mis-ordered lines were on him. Great customer, just wanted to let everyone know they can count on Chris for excellent service, even after the sale. Gary

I used mine for the first time this weekend, they are fantastic ropes at a great price. Make sure you throw them in the washing machine first to get all the die out and it will soften up the ropes.
