I've been watching the weather channel, been thinking about putting the TV on the deck and unloading a few rounds from the Glock into it!!
With my luck a few would ricochet off the ice on the lake and take me out !!!

This winter has sucked and I'm willing to bet all of us in the great lakes region will take full advantage of the summer when it gets here, I think you will see more boaters this summer then the last two or three years just because the winter has gotten everybody stir crazy!!! Hopefully the chain in IL will melt fast
There are several spots where the water has opened that we have been watching BALD EAGLES!
It has been the only saving grace for this weather. With the extreme cold up north also the lakes have all frozen solid. This has forced the bald eagles south to us. All along the fox river and chain. I have seen them off of 14 in fox river grove and off 12 by the bridge in fox lake. If you live close you need to go see them. They are amazing birds to watch!

I'm not even gonna rub the weather in. I feel sorry for you guys. I actually had to turn the a/c on. Hope summer gets here quick.

Mo too!!! I normally watch a little bit of TV, and I mean a little bit! I ended up getting neck surgery the week before last. Since then, I've just been sitting around running up the cable bill... LOL! If I could carry the damn thing outside for target practice, I would! I guess I know what house arrest is like...
