In my days as a road warrior(marine parts salesman), I used to pass the Hi-Tech shop quite frequently...I think they were in Patchogue...maybe this will help your search. I think they also built a 18 footer as well that was pretty narrow...

Default Mini-Hawk picture

Here is a Mini-Hawk I made for my son about 12-13 years ago. They were 13' long and about 43-43" wide, deep-V. Ran high 30-s with a 25 HP merc. Spent more time out of the water than in, but landed very smoothly.

Default Didn't Actually Build

I bought the bare hull and rigged it. The hull tag said it was made by Hi-Tech Marine in New York, but I couldn't reach them even back then. Wish I'd have kept it now, grandson could use here shortly.

Try www.bobsmachine.com Mini Jack plate $99.00 holds up to a 40 HP engine. I think it has around 5 inches of vertical lift, and a 4" setback. Weight is 12 pounds.
