Default Boat Advertising

What is the company name who will put your boat on www.boattrader.com and other websites for sale. I want to say the company name began with the letter A???. Cost at that time 100 bucks per boat and would run forever if I remember correctly. Have no idea if it still is around and costs.

Also any other places or sites to advertise boats for sale. Know about here and powerboatlistings.com, ebay and the dreaded craigslist.org. What else and any what success with whomever. THX.

Eric thanks but not them. I don't want to pay their commission fees, IMO for multiple boat listings, It would be wiser to post your boats on boattrader yourself or use the company below.. Anyways I will answer my own question.

www.ablboats.com

I do not know if they still list on boattrader.com especially for the one time fee.

The dealer services for boat trader has increased in price too much over the past 2 years. Not worth it in the fall &,winter months.

I've had good success with www.powerboatlistings.com. It's free and ad remains untill sold or your remove it.

I'm still a boat dealer in North TX. Anyways we are in drought and my customers are family rec boaters not much performance sportboat stuff around here anymore. A crap load of pontoons and wakeboard boats. Boat trader for dealer listings have gone thru the roof per monthly payment. I have at least 30 boats in inventory. The only sport boats would be a Velocity and a Checkmate. I am not going to carry inventory after this year so I was looking for a place to advertise them where I do not have a monthly payment every month. The cost of doing business- bad weather and drought does not make any sense to run a full blown boat dealership anymore especially in North Texas. The boating season is very very short here and to tow your boat around DFW in traffic is PITA for everyone no matter what time the day it is..
