Many years ago when I worked for a ford dealer a very large black woman brought her car in for running rough. I checked it out and replaced a map sensor under warranty. When she came to pick the car up she insisted on speaking to the mechanic so I walked up to talk to her. She asked me what was wrong with her car so I told her she had a bad map sensor. She then started yelling at me and the service writer in ebonics calling us liars. She informed us no way she had a bad map sensor becuz hur caw don't even be havin a map light so she noze we be lyin!!! I told her she needs to speak to the service manager and walked off! I think he's still pissed at me......
