We had that boat for sale about 5 or 6 years ago in Grand Haven Mi. If I remember right it was tape not paint. It was a pretty nice boat. I think the thing that is hurting it is that it isn't staggered motors and has TRS's. It was a very clean and well taken care of.

we were looking at it alittle talked to the guy about the boat. but does anyone know how the trs ssm #3s are? i heard there hard to get parts for? what kind of hp are they good up to?

Trs and ssm3 are 2 different drives. By the pics this boat has ssm3's on it. New parts aren't being made but most are still available.

came thru this one in classified... reasons for me:
SSM 3
only 72 mph with 540
carbed engines
no cabin ameneties like a small head for kids...
can get faster / newer for same price or less
not an apache, I know!

Sorry, yes they are different drives. Being that the 3s are based on the TRS drive I called them that. My point was that they are not #6s

yes the drives were one of the big reasons I didn't like the boat. that is why I asked how rare they are to find parts for. I know there are sets of #3s for sale you could buy for backups but still I'm not crazy about doing that either
