Leak down needed at Chesapeake bay VA

I need someone to perform a leak down test on a Merc HP500EFI in Chesapeake Bay VA. Know of anyone?

Chesapeake Bay isn't a town in Va. Shoot a more spefic location and I may know someone who can help.
