It looks like its built like a tank. Never saw anything quite like it.

It must be a v-drive with outboard steering. It doesn't have a cavitation plate or trim tabs. I wonder how you trim it and keep it from porpoising?

EDIT: I didn't look at all the pictures, so I didn't see the v-drive. Casale makes good v-drives, but that looks like it would need to be rebuilt.

I like the throttle and shifter mounted outside the cockpit personally. Atleast your arm won't get tired from holding onto it, you have a nice arm rest.
