Yes you can ground to block, on trucks they run the ground back to the batteries.

I have all the same sensors, high oil temp, high water temp, low oil pressure(set at 30psi), low fuel pressure 5psi, low ps fluid + the usual merc stuff.

They all trigger the merc alarm which also lights a pro-light. cant hear the alarm at speed can certainly see that bright ass light. Would use led now if I redo.

Also have the fume detector and auto blower

Found the NOS switches and sensors to be the best and adjustable to the numbers

You did way better than average for a first attempt.

The wiring is looking good brother.

Here are a few of mine.
We make the electronics plates in house out of aluminum, carbon fiber, whatever.. That is the key to having neat wiring. You must have a good place that is centrally located to mount everything. I also find it helpful to sketch out a schematic of all of the wiring first, so that I don't forget everything. There is nothing worse than strapping everything up nice and neat and realizing that you forgot a wire.
Beautiful work Eddie, dont see the soft-touch rev limiter on the MSD setup, are you using a different system?

The Mefi ecm has a rev limiter in it. We rarely use an MSD box, especially now that we make our own distributor-less ignition system.

Eddie, are you using push-on hose for all your connections?

I'm really liking the clean look of it.

Low fuel pressure indication is a must for blower motors. I know, I smoked the top end in one a few years back because of a clogged tank valve. Good looking wiring.

Yes we are. I use it for pretty much everything except in a dry sump application.
