We could all start contacting him when were bored driving across the country to poker runs and waste his entire day telling us about property we are not going to buy... I like it when I'm driving across the country for 24 hours and don't have anything to do then some telemarketer calls me for the hundredth time wanting to sell me a high dollar vacuum.... Keeps me awake for hours of entertainment ... I have never bought one but from the hours I spent on the phone with them I can tell you anything you need to know about them.
1. Jim Darr- largest builder in the tri-state area looking for Florida properties to develop Supercat Cove South
2. Big Scotty- NFL baller (retired) looking for a Flariduh mansion to put his new boat behind, must be good neighborhood so his Rolex collection will be safe
3. Fred Cecil- Looking for commercial property for his boat parts business, lots of inventory to stock!
4. Chris Sunkin- looking for large piece of residential with room for a pool, a boat barn and of course Normandy Style I Beams in case those "lawn job punks" follow him to Florida!
