Personally I like exposed welds. Nothing to hide in an exposed weld. Just like a race car chassis. ...no need to grind on something beautiful (unless it is a big titted hot skank)

this is the set I have on my jet boat. they are water injected as I have an open engine bay.
http://xs-power.com/other-specialty-marine-3.htm I paid less than $300 bucks so I figured I would try them. they are not perfect, one bolt hole in the flange is in the wrong place, had to grind the flange some for plug wire boot clearance, the flange is chrome steel and the chrome flakes, but for the money they dont leak and have held up well. considering a set of chrome Bassetts are over $1000 I feel pretty good about them. the welds all look pretty nice and for the money they have been great. |
More importantly, what guage 321 stainless?

My question is how dose it compair to a stock mercruiser manifold? Height, turn down angle, width, exhaust opening (O.D.) 4"? work with caption's call? Those would look nice on my 502 :)
