Personally I like exposed welds. Nothing to hide in an exposed weld. Just like a race car chassis. ...no need to grind on something beautiful (unless it is a big titted hot skank)

this is the set I have on my jet boat. they are water injected as I have an open engine bay.

I paid less than $300 bucks so I figured I would try them. they are not perfect, one bolt hole in the flange is in the wrong place, had to grind the flange some for plug wire boot clearance, the flange is chrome steel and the chrome flakes, but for the money they dont leak and have held up well. considering a set of chrome Bassetts are over $1000 I feel pretty good about them. the welds all look pretty nice and for the money they have been great.

Seriously, what do you expect for $359?

My question is how dose it compair to a stock mercruiser manifold? Height, turn down angle, width, exhaust opening (O.D.) 4"? work with caption's call? Those would look nice on my 502 :)

Hopefully they call back. Must have wacky hours

I didnt expect much for the price. they are pretty decent and have held up well. mine are single wall and only have water to them after about 1500 rpm but they have not had any issues so far. the welds are nice and I havent seen any cracks or other such issues. for the money I would use them again.

weld up the water dumps on the header, then you have to weld a water nipple on the collector, where the water is,closet to the end of the collector.usually just before the original water dumps.

these headers are most likely made in china, thats why there so cheap.granted, the stuff made there is getting better.the cx racing turboes seem to hold up,,for a while.
