I'm usually the first to jump on the whole US made band wagons but when it comes to some things it's just crazy what they charge. I can say for the money I'd extend the tails a little and run em. I think they would be a decent upgrade for a 502 mag or something like that.

My brother has a jet boat with an enclosed engine compartment...I am not familiar with jet boats but would these be suitable for use in an engine compartment?

I knew I saw these guys some where before. In the Toyota Supra community witch I came from they were know for junk manifolds and turbos. In the passed you can't get a hold of anyone, shipping times could be 3 days, other times 3 months. Missing parts in "kits", metal shavings in intercooler,s shabby welds, misalignment issues, ect.

Got to be a member to see the photos, http://www.supramania.com/forums/sho...her-names-used
But pretty much showing the bad feedback and othe rpeople getting ripped off.

http://www.performanceboats.com/pb-o...c-headers.html

I found " some one" else posting in the world, about these out there. Now if they just came out, and there trying to get the word out, or what. Photos a guy posted on another site "decided to give XS-Powers Doubled Walled BB Headers a try and here are some pictures" "look at what I jsut bought", bla, bla bla, are the same photos on XS site........

Another site they go/went by , http://www.ssautochrome.com/level.itml/icOid/2150

https://www.google.com/#q=817+beaver...dmoor+nc+27522 Their address just typed in to google.....

Just a FYI. Google them. Also knowen as SS auto chrome.
Maybe quality has gotten better since then but I dont know... Untill a reputable member puts down the cash, with a real review on them, I'll let some else take the chance.

As I said on page one, sounds too good to be true.

As I mentioned I already talked to these guys plus emailed back & forth over a month ago. They wanted to get the word out about their headers. They were going to send me a pair but as of today I never heard back from them. I was going to test them first on a dyno to see what numbers #'s and if any durability issues showed up right out of the gate.

I told them that would be great marketing for them if their header produced +'s all the way around. Also said their customer who posted on performanceboats.com was not going to sent the world on fire with sales for them. They needed to be proven first before anything else especially being a newbe on the block and especially being on the auto & import side of the coin...

But yes, I am very interested in your findings once you get them. My experience with them was over 3 years ago. A good alternative to $3,500 headers would be nice

Finally got ahold of them. Couldn't answer even how wide they were. Tried calling back a million times, no answer, no return call, nothing. I even wanted to just order two sets on the phone when i was talking to him and he told me to look at the other forum thread first to see the pictures that were the same as their site. I'm walking away. Someone else can get swindled by this shady outfit

Businesses cost $$$$ to run.

A person doing side jobs is much cheaper.
