I agree with all of you but I just sold three Chevy S10's that we used as repair trucks for my business. I understand they are $2500 trucks so you get the bottom of the barrell however, if you think sellers are bad TRY to sell something on Craigslist.
Its a 10 year old beater truck with 5 pictures.
Here are the texts I recieved:
Can I see more pictures.
*No dipchit its a 10 year old truck not a collector car.
I only have $1000 - will you take a $1000
*I dont even return that one.
I dont have a car to come up there. Can I come look at it this weekend if I get a ride?
*Sure, okay
How do I know the engine is really new.
*Um the ad states I have all receipts from a local shop, as well as the fact that you can drive it, run it and pretty much tell when you hear it run and LOOK at the engine.
And! My personal favorite. The low ballers that try to negotiate you down that HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE TO SEE IT!
*Dude, just come up here with cash....

Polished or painted items laying directly on the concrete or in the gravel says to a potential buyer " I don't give a fu$k " It's hard to look at logging chains against what used to be a polished blower on a freshly pulled engine .

When a broker has a performance boat listed and has absolutely no clue about about any question you ask. I had one broker tell me the boat had brand new supercharged lower units.

Mine is the nitwits who have a offshore boat, on a inland lake or river , and put photos up of their boat pointed towards the sky jumping a wake off a sea ray.
Besides the obvious fact your driving your boat like a douche, it's very unflattering when your wicked rough water boat is pointing to the moon while the drives are still in the water . And if your gonna do that, at least clean the yellow scum line off the hull first.
Granted if your selling a 41 apache and you posted a pic from a poker run in the ocean or great lakes running thru big seas that's one thing, but wake jumping on a small lake is for jet ski azz holes.
