Default Heading back to Florida Saturday

Well, winter is over, I think. So it is time to head back to Florida and pick up the boat for a summer season back home in Pittsburgh. Gonna be back in Orlando Saturday night then heading to Tampa bay again on Sunday. Plan on boating in that area for a couple of days then heading back to Pittsburgh on Tuesday. Should be back here Wednesday as long as nothing goes wrong. Been looking forward to the return trip since we got a taste of Florida boating back in February. If anybody sees us on the water, feel free to say hi.

Well yesterday was beautiful. But. Sucked up some sand and such in the motors. Limped back to a launch then pulled the boat. We flushed the motors. Blew crap out the pickups. Gonna splash it today and see if the starboard motor still runs hot.

We got into some shallows one time heading into Barnicle Phil's over here up on the ICW and the port engine started running hot, I just nursed it out to deep water, put it both drives in reverse and gunned them and it cleaned them out, hasn't had a problem since.
