I've been registered since 2006 but been a boater since 1962. I will always have performance boats, it is in my blood.

I've been around and learned a lot. I love the Tech section the best. Like hearing how to solve problems. I try to fix things myself. Lots of smart guys on here.

Almost 10 years for me. Didn't start posting much until several years ago.

1,871 posts in just under 14 years, I keep my mouth shut, some of the time, but I am on here just about everyday, and multiple time throughout the course of those days.

Been very quiet on here lately....

Hard to believe I have been on here almost 10 years. I think the heyday was just before the recession. People thought the party would never end, and just kept buying bigger and bigger boats and engines. We've seen everything on OSO from people being arrested, to people being on here who stole boats, to engine builders selling new engines with used parts, to money sent to boat builders for boats that were never built. It was crazy.

I don't see as much on here about offshore racing anymore. There use to be a lot of racers on here debating rule changes. It's good to see the recent influx of DIY people. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next 10 years brings.
