New Port Injection Intake Manifold
Here’s a great image of our latest product, our 671 type big block port injected intake manifold.
With today’s EFI technology, fuel injection systems are becoming more and more popular. Whipple Superchargers, the twin-screw supercharging leaders have now developed an incredible universal manifold setup for multiple applications.
If you have a traditional Chevrolet big block and virtually any force induction method, this port injected manifold will work with incredible efficiency. Just some of its exclusive features:
• Massive 3.25” Thick air-to-water intercooler core.
• Available in 9.8” or 10.2” deck heights.
• 671-1471 Bolt pattern for universal fitment.
• Just 6” of total height.
• 12AN in and out fittings.
• Multiple ports for sensors and gauges.
• Rectangle port fits 305-385cc type heads.
• Available with 8 injector or 16 injector setups.
• Extruded billet fuel rails.
• Available intercooled or non.

We also implemented boost control options, which requires cylinder trimming capacity because it does not pull evenly during boost control.

Forgot to mention, its also built to work with the Mercury 850/1075/1200 because there intake/intercooler is what limits the power on those engines. WIth this setup, far more power is optional. 1300-1400 on pump gas with Merc 1075 based engines is possible.

Cool new product. I have motors with your 5 litre blowers/intercooler/manifold on it and they are cold start pigs. However, once fired cannot get my hand off the key fast enough... On a 5 litre deal I assume this would relocate the fuel from the front of the blower/throttle body completely? How does this affect the controlling of fuel? require a computer and associated tune change.

Depends on the application and which SC. A roots cannot run dry so it needs fuel above and below. A good PCM can run the port for idle, starting, part throttle, etc and bring in the upper fuel as boost increases (best of both worlds). Fuel through the SC cools the rotors, housing and overall charge so its a give/take relationship.
