i'm pretty sure you are incorrect. in fact, you are wrong. the winner would be steve stepp with the record winning cgs ferocious velocity in the 134mph boat done back in the mid 90's like ray just pointed out. yup, he's the man when it comes to making a straight bottom go fast. gotta give credit where credit is due.

If Coolerman's Black Thunder is a straight bottom , he runs 140's if I remember right
