That's really sad, Heart goes out to you and the Family & Friends. Any Idea what may have happened? Broken Tie Bar or something.. Again, Sorry for your loss....

Nothing broke that we know of. Drives, tie bar, props all looked good, only thing that could have failed was a motor.
