I had a custom full Mooring Cover made for my 28 Pantera, we selected Sunbrella Supreme fabric...it has Rachet Strap connections to tighten it down, I had chaffing guards at all tie down locations, had a radius zipper installed behind the passenger seat so I can access the boat without removing the cover, this has been a very convenient feature. I also had a Fuel Access Zipper so I can refuel or top off if I am doing a long haul. Matching Spare Tire Cover...the shop did a great job and it was $1300 for Cash. Used about 32 yards of Fabric....

When I travel with it , I install chaffing material around the Rub Rail (Rubber Non Skid Rug padding 18" Wide by 28 feet long) stops the screws from damaging the cover.... I seldom tow with it on, but if I need to I can...the trick is to keep it all tight and limit buffetting from the wind.... usually I just use the cockpit cover....but ya cant beat the protection of a full well made cover.

Full Custom Cover is my first major investment in any boat I buy.... next is replacing the Cock Pit Cover.....

For non-custom or mail order in the past I have used CoverQuest.com and they fit fine for my little boat....they have a menu of standard boats to select from ...and a menu of fabric to select from.

Good Luck in your search....
