Good intentions, but you need to get water to the sides & back as well as the top cap. the ultimate would be having the water Cascading down over the drive starting at the top cap.. what you have is certainly better than nothing, and if you could see what it's doing while under way would help you know how it's doing.

I have my dumps splashing water on both sides of the drive. I never have had any chalking since I did this years ago on the SCARAB and now on the Daytona.

TRS drives don't really benefit from drive showers.

Here is my home brew drive shower. Cost $5 and some change..... Any one know what it started life out as?

These are not homemade but Made in House Just put them on..... from Eddie Marine, billet aluminum polish clear coat
