This time next week we will be sitting by the pool getting our drink on before the street party. Had a great time last year and expect the same. We actually drove the whole run last year. Was totally worth it. Even the speeding ticket.

[QUOTE=On Time;4136700]I will start. Most poker runs in our area are NOT kid friendly. I know because I have a 4 and 7 year old. It's usually because of the amount of drinking and drinking related shenanigans that go on during the day (you want your kids to see you approving of all that?). The Friday evening event at the Kemah Boardwalk IS most certainly kid friendly with all the boats and some of the haulers on display. The parties are not and in a lot of cases they expressly say "Adults Only". We are doing the TOC on Saturday for the 7th time and it will be a blast! We are getting a babysitter. You should too. Just bring 'em along and set 'em up in the hotel. They can go to the zoo or to Space Center (very close by) for the day![/QUO

You forgot to mention your "barely legal" daughter....and her Cotton Pantie Posse that sometimes are found to be sun bathing on your boat...
