39 Cigarette
I built the second 39 for Bill at Cigarette we actually had 40 foot long sheets of marine plywood fabricated for the stringers as Bill did not want spliced joints in his stringers . We brought in Lindsey Perry ,kevlar specialist to do the layup . I like what you have done with the restoration . Bill was happy with the completed project and gave out thousands in tips to employees. Most of us worked 80 hours a week and still could not keep up with the demand for boats. Very few 39 Cigs were built, enjoy a nice piece of Cigarette History. Well Done!

Thanks Mark, it was one hell of a challenge cuting out the stringers and grinding the excess kevlar to put in new ones. At the end of the day it was all worth it. I would like to meet you one of these days so you can teach me some tricks about laying up kevlar and carbon fiber. Thanks again.
