Biggus 08-21-2002 08:32 PM

I brought the Top Gun home from LOTO April fools day:D

and have run a little over 70 hrs so far this season. I am very pleased with how reliable it has been.

:D :D :D

Waterfoul 08-21-2002 08:33 PM

Cord has all kinds of hours on, in, under, in front of, and behind his boat!! None of them IN the WATER though!!

I started in May, got ONE mile and then decided I needed to go faster than the 7 cylinder big block would push the boat so I rebuilt. Have 35 trouble free hours on it at this point, which is about half what I usually run. Damn economy and pricey fuel!!!

liquid asset 08-21-2002 08:36 PM

april, 70 hours, and I'm a young punk too:p

BadDog 08-21-2002 08:37 PM

burtandnancy 08-21-2002 09:07 PM

I usually have my wife launch me on New Years day at Lake Mead and take a hot lap to the dam and back, then put it away until around the Easter (spring) break. My last trip of the year is usually a run up to Temple Bar Marina and Restaurant the Saturday after Thanksgiving for a greasy hamburger and beer. It doesn't get any better than that. As for hours I can't tell, I've changed boats a few times...

Vyper340 08-21-2002 09:08 PM

Boating since March and have 113 hours. I have gone out every weekend and completed 3 poker runs thus far. In terms of miles my GPS has recorded over 2200 miles and that accounts for about 70 of the total 113 hours. BTW, still going... and going and going... :D

WETTE VETTE 08-21-2002 09:16 PM

Started boating in May.
Put 6 hrs. on the WETTE VETTE and a couple hundred on the pontoon. I guess I'm getting old and only require some adreniline maintenance from time to time.

MACDAD260 08-21-2002 09:27 PM

Last weekend in April.
52 hours.
Probably 10 -20 more if the weather holds.
Usually done in early October.

thunderdan 08-21-2002 11:16 PM

Early July for the Thunderstorm and I have put about 25 hours on her.

Budman 08-21-2002 11:22 PM

Can't remember...

Been so busy with new house/new baby that I can't remember what day we first got out. Sometime in May, I guess. Couldn't have put much more than 10 hours on it since.

cpqtim - 153 hours? Must be nice! I guess I'll have to live my life vicariously though you from now on. Weren't you out in April for Thunder?

OkieTunnel 08-21-2002 11:27 PM

Started in May this year. Don't know hours this season but my scan tool says I have 87.8 hours total. (I bought the boat new in September 2000) Lets see...I drive the boat to the beach...about 5 minutes...I drink beer for 4 hours (minimum)...I drive back to the ramp...5 minutes. Damn! That equals two thousand one hundred and seven hours of beer drinkin in a little over two seasons. :D :D :D

R Addiction 08-21-2002 11:36 PM

Hey Nort, it's just terrible that we never have to put our boats away! January 1st for me too. More than a hundred hours. :D

Rick252 08-22-2002 06:31 AM

I started in April, but I've been doing alot of work on my house at Lake Cumberland, decks and new garage etc, so I think I've only put about 30 hrs on but I will make up for lost time over Labor day and the Poker Run

:D

Puder.. You can go with me. I've only got one motor, but should pull us around OK

283CHECK 08-22-2002 09:31 AM

Started in early May probably logged 30-40 hours on other peoples boats(thanks guys). Got the Checkmate back and running in late June and have logged exactly 40 hours on it since..

Reckless32 08-22-2002 09:39 AM

Just turned 322 hours last weekend. Stated the season on the 215 mark 1st week of April after getting the boat back from the dealer. They kept it for the winter to give it it's first season once over. I brought the boat home 26 June 2001...

I didn't buy it to clean it nor just sit and look it. Too much money to not spend every spare moment of the summer weekends in it motors running....:D

Chris 08-22-2002 09:45 AM

We had a cold start to teh season this year. Didnt start boating until May. I have logged about 86 hours this year so far. My goal is to break 100 with out break down.:)
