Plenty of room and only 2 neighbors, both are very good friends. I had already thought about the disposal when the time came which is why it would have been a wooden boat, just have a boat burning party, then dig a hole with my neighbors backhoe, done deal. and dont have any time to have fum with it.

half the time I'm never home ,I say on call!
