Seems like more then just one motor is missing, otherwise looks pretty clean to me.

I'll interpret:

Boat went to a shop 10 years ago. Motors and drives pulled. There was a dispute, he only got one motor/drive back.

What is it worth........Start with what a running 31 SR1 Formula is worth, then subtract the cost of new power/drives and a trailer rebuild (tires/bearings,springs/hardware). If that is a positive number, take off another $1000-1500 for misc. broken/missing stuff you didn't notice and then you would be down to what this project is worth

I know the Pachanga was never a speed demon, but they are well built and had all the creature comforts and this one seems like a nice example of a survivor.
