A top gun is a lot bigger than a fountain. They are probably one of the best riding 38 foot boats out there

In general, a 38 Cig and a 38 Scarab of the same year would not be priced the same, especially if the Cig has more power. I think I'd want to know why they are. What are the details on the boats?

In general, I'd say go with the Gun. Of the two, the Cig is more of a "custom" boat, the Scarab more "production." Of course, that assumes all things are equal - I'd probably go with a nice Scarab over a ratted out Cig.... 10K buys a lot of gas....
