I like that white one from grand rapids as long as you can handle the red interior. Of course the price is higher than the others but it looks like a nice, clean boat. Plus it has a bravo, big block, and swim platform for the woman and kids.
Our 251 didn't have a platform, so having to climb up the drive all the time got real fun.

Still looking at the checkmates. I really like this boat too. Not sure why I am so attracted to rare boats. I just think it would be cool to own something that you would never see on the water. Anybody ever seen one of these? I told the guy if the boat does 68 mph ON GPS then I will take a look at it! Lol. The cabin is huge. He said he has the build sheet and he used forged internals.

They are good boats. Dad had an '89 251 before this 253 and I ran that one a lot. I do remember the porpoising deal a little bit, but if you bumped up the speed a little it went away. I think putting some tab in it helped.
I like that white one from grand rapids as long as you can handle the red interior. Of course the price is higher than the others but it looks like a nice, clean boat. Plus it has a bravo, big block, and swim platform for the woman and kids.
