This is the part that is mind boggling. He is part of a rip-off ring up here, fakes his own death to avoid prosecution, and in the process expends tremendous tax payer based resources, and somehow manages to leave the area and set up shop down south doing the same nefarious stuff. How???????

Also, for clarification sake, you reference them being in jail? I didnt see that in the article, but just rather that they were/he was charged?
