This is the part that is mind boggling. He is part of a rip-off ring up here, fakes his own death to avoid prosecution, and in the process expends tremendous tax payer based resources, and somehow manages to leave the area and set up shop down south doing the same nefarious stuff. How???????

Is it just me or this guy (Andy who I know from racing)has used up his 9 lives. We all make mistakes and learn from them on what not to due the next time. These guys seemed to have learned nothing and had the balls to keep doing illegal plots even after the NJ events. The poor victims when they find out this guy has been doing it for years and not getting in trouble will be pretty disappointed in the legal system.

not yet, every once in awhile they call us with a court date. It’s always cancelled. At one point Andy was willing to pay is restitution for stealing and crashing our boat- but that never happened either. It was a life lesson for us and we lost a lot of money. He is in federal prison.
