Yep, couldn't agree more. Four years ago I had this company running nicely. It's heart breaking to see what they did to it. The dust is settling, I've cleaned up a lot of their messes and continued to make good on their prior commitments. Time will pass, hard work and persistence will ultimately payoff.

I have also dealt with Bob at Dana, I bought one of their new side mount shifters and he was very helpful. I took my boat to a local mechanic I used to use and he said it wouldn't work, I asked Bob for a refund and he said he would just mount it for me which made me even happier than a refund. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Bob.

in 07.... BOB was a big help when i built NO REGRET$ ... never cared for dana's attitude or mannerism ... but the products where some of the best and they were right down the street .. bob got me what i needed and wanted...... when i wanted it and jumped threw hoop's to make it happen ... BOB IS A GOOD GUY that makes an effort to take care of his customers ... no matter how big ... the order ... not just catering to manufactures !!
