Its stealth capability doesn't allow for it to show up on film - like wonder womans jet

I wanna know what goes through peoples heads when they wanna sell something and post a picture like that in the ad and honestly think its ok.

It does not look like a "3-Point Hydroplane" to me, but rather a catamaran. I guess there is a good reason only 4 were built.

I know for a fact it's not in service with US Customs or the DOD.

That appears to be one of those "the motors are worth more than the boat they're on" rigs.
